Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must:

1. Be non-Indonesian citizens (those who hold Indonesian citizenships are not eligible)
2. Show a strong interest in seeking a bachelor's degree program at UNIPMA
3. Be under 24 years of age at the time of application (for bachelor's degree) and be under 40 years of age at the time of application (for master’s degree)
4. Be willing and able to attend an interview over a video call
5. Not have hold refugee status
6. Not have been convicted of felony or significant criminals which caused the applicant to be prisoned
7. Complete all the required documents

The following documents are required for student admission:

1. Recent formal photograph (JPG or PNG max. 300 KB)
2. Colour scan of valid passport having at least 18 months of validity (cover page & identity page), if it is available.
3. Certificate of graduation from the latest education institution (in English or Indonesian language)
4. Academic transcripts from the latest education institution (in English or Indonesian language)

2. Recent health certificate (in English or Indonesian language)
3. Curriculum Vitae (free form)
4. Indonesian language proficiency (strongly preferred)
5. English language proficiency (if any)
6. Letter of recommendation #1, from a lecturer/professor or work supervisor (for master program)
7. Letter of recommendation #2, from a lecturer/professor or work supervisor (for master program)

All documents must be uploaded via online application form.

Responsibility of UNIPMA Scholarship Awardee

All awardees of UNIPMA Scholarship must:

1. Comply with Indonesian laws and regulations, university’s regulations, and other associated regulations
2. Attend all lectures and academic activities held by university, study program, and faculty
3. Achieve minimum GPA 3,00 for social programs and 2,75 for science programs, in every semester
4. Finish their study on time
5. Further regulations will be provided within scholarship agreement

Terms and Conditions of UNIPMA Scholarship

UNIPMA scholarship is granted with the following terms and conditions:

1. The scholarship is given for 8 semesters for bachelor program and 4 semesters for master program. Awardee has to pay the tuition fee if they cannot finish their study after the scholarship has reached the duration.
2. Awardee who resigns from UNIPMA have to pay back the money that has been granted.
3. Further regulations will be provided within scholarship agreement.

How to Apply

1. Applicants open at this link pmb.unipma.ac.id/ln
2. Applicants learn and look for the study program that fits their interest. List of available programs and the curriculum/courses can be checked at pmb.unipma.ac.id
3. Applicants prepare the required documents.
4. Applicants create an admission account at UNIPMA International Admission website.
5. Applicants fill out their personal information/CV.
6. Applicants submit all the required documents at the “Upload Document” section.
7. Applicants print a registration card after submitting the required documents.
8. Administrative selection will be conducted by the admission committee.
9. Candidates who pass the administrative selection are eligible for the next selection stages.
10. The initial interview will be conducted.
11. The last stage is final interview by UNIPMA New Student Admission.
12. Successful candidates will be notified by email or WhatsApp, along with the Letter of Acceptance.
13. Student candidates send confirmation to study at UNIPMA.
14. UNIPMA applies for study permit and student visa.
15. Admitted students come to UNIPMA upon receiving notification from UNIPMA.
